FTZ 183 : Ultra Clean Gets the Nod in Manor, Texas

FTZ News: Ultra Clean Technology Systems and Service can produce inside Foreign-Trade Zone 183 in Manor, Texas. The board told the company on Oct. 6 that a fuller review was not needed.

The authorization, document 2026-20773, was filed Thursday and is scheduled for Friday’s Register. Ultra Clean sent its production notice on Feb. 17. The board published that notice on Feb. 24, at 91 FR 8819, docket B-21-2026. The output is inputs for the semiconductor industry.

Clearance covers only what was in the February notice, and it still sits under the zone act and section 400.14. Agostisi signed this order too.
