New Iberia Parts Yard Gets FTZ 124 Subzone Status

FTZ News:FTZ News: The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has approved subzone status for ECI Gulf Coast Parts and Service, Inc. in New Iberia, Louisiana, under FTZ 124.
The approval was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 15 under document No. 2026-18794. The application was filed by the Port of South Louisiana, the grantee of FTZ 124, under docket No. B-11-2026, opened Jan. 28, 2026.

The approved site covers 11.87 acres at 1309 Unifab Road in New Iberia. ECI did not seek authorization for production activity as part of the application.
The facility is designated as Subzone 124X. OFIS lists the subzone as approved.

Activation is a separate CBP step. The site is approved. It is not yet active.
